Experience- 6-8 years in CRM Functional experience out of which 3+ years experience in SAP C4C Service.

Job Description

Understands end to end Service (Activity/Task Management, Service Management, Installed Base Management, In-House Repair)
Understands the integration with back-end ECC system & Fields Service tools.
Understands the tools like KUT, ABSL, the configuration in SAP C4C
Has good communication skills and good attitude and commitment towards execution

C4C – Additional Sales Functional Consultant .
6-8 years in CRM Functional experience out of which 3+ years experience in SAP C4C Sales.
Understands end to end Sales processes (Lead Management
